Position Summary:  The Senior Accountant will be responsible for various financial functions of the organization, including but not limited to budgets, financial plans and analysis, as well as accounting and financial reporting functions. 


  1. Financial Reporting, monthly close and relevant journal entries
  2. Inventory accounting and variance analysis
  3. Cash reconciliation, Credit and Collection monitoring
  4. Monthly close & reporting, journal entries
  5. Balance sheet account reconciliations
  6. Monthly Sales reporting & various customer sales analysis
  7. Generating monthly and quarterly reports used as a basis for financial analysis
  8. Annual physical inventory participation
  9. Quarterly sales and use tax filing
  10. Daily/Monthly staff backup
  11. Various projects and additional financial functions as needed


Skills:  Must be detail oriented, have strong ability to multi-task efficiently, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills.  

Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 3-5 of related experience. Strong analytical, organization and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and manufacturing. Strong spreadsheet and database skills. Oracle ERP experience helpful but not necessary. Ability to work independently.
