EMS has completed the purchase of the EMS China production facility in Baoying. Founded in 2006, EMSC has been producing thermostatic bimetal and clad products from a rented facility in Baoying within Jiangsu province. In March 2020, we were able to purchase the facility and land rights. This change provides a stable long-term base of manufacturing operations for EMS in China. The market in China for specialty Clad metals and Thermostatic bimetals continues to grow. We will build on the current success to support our existing and new customers in China and the Asian market in general. Congratulations to the EMSC Team on this significant accomplishment.
