EMS has signed an agreement with the Yangzhou and Baoying County Governments to expand production at the EMS China Baoying facility. The agreement was signed at an Investment Conference in Kaiserslauten Germany on July 11th. The agreement was signed by Mr. She Junchen (Mayor of Baoying County) and Mr. Paul Duffy (CEO of EMS). EMS will install capital equipment and other resources to allow for full production of specialty clad and thermostatic bimetals at the Baoying facility. Investments will be made over a period of years to build up the additional capabilities. The market in China for specialty Clad metals and Thermostatic bimetals has continues to grow. EMS China has been successful in developing our business since first opening in 2007. We will build on the current success to support our existing and new customers in China and the Asian market in general.
