C W Kong, who has a degree in Electrical Engineering, joined EMS China in 2005. He is the General Manager for EMSC, our plant located in Baoying City, Jiangsu Province, China. CW had a 22-year career with Dallas-based Texas Instruments Inc. both in the Materials & Control Division and Customs Manufacturing Services, before it became what we know today as EMS.
