Customer Support Representative

Position Summary:  Overall Responsibility for customer order management process.

Responsibilities:  

  1. Review customer purchase order/forecast and enter sales order information into Oracle.
  2. Serve as primary liaison with customer (external) and planners (internal) so that any and all questions on order status can be resolved in a prompt and courteous manner.
  3. Maintain customer (master) information in Oracle.
  4. Create credit/debit memos and forward information to Finance.
  5. Administer customer consignment inventory, process replenishment orders, and trigger invoices based on customer usage.
  6. Maintain customer certification requirements.
  7. Liaison with shippers and packers on any issues related to customer packaging, special handling/labeling instructions, shipping instructions.
  8. Act as administrator and primary contact for customer portal questions and concerns.
  9. Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping order and cleanliness in area.
  10. Enters Customer Concerns as received.
  11. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:  High School or Equivalency Diploma.  Minimal 2 years' experience in direct customer support.  Strong communication skills
